LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
At Everlasting Youth, we value your time and strive to provide a timely, personalized experience for every patient. Please review our late arrival policy:
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Patients arriving within this period will be accommodated whenever possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, it may be considered a no-show and subject to a $50 fee.
If you anticipate being late, please call or text our office as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules may change and strive to accommodate our patients whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show and subject to a $50 fee.
